NEXT TECHNOLOGY GROUP sells to Dylog Italia SpA its subsidiary TESAR SpA: the group company dedicated to the development of MES solutions
Next Technology Group: leader in technologies for energy, automation, metal sheet working
and software, announces the transfer of 100% of share capital of its subsidiary
Tesar S.p.A to Dylog Italia S.p.A.
Tesar S.p.A is active in the industrial and services sector; it is leader in software development
for data collection, planning, control, production and quality management.
Dylog Italia S.p.A is active in the design, development and commercialization of operational
software and services for companies and service providers.
Tesar, to date, employs 60 collaborators with a turnover of more than 5Mln€. The company
has become part of Next Technology Group in 2012 with 50% of its shares, ending up being
controlled with the totality of its equity in 2015. The acquisition enabled Tesar to become one
of the most well-known players on the Italian market, shortly resulting in both turnover and
personnel employed doubled in size.
The evolution of the group activities, favoured over time an ever-growing commitment in
the world of industrial production of dry type transformers and of metal sheet working, for
applications including Marine & Offshore, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Industry, Traction,
Building & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy. The following companies, in fact, have
become part of the group: TMC Transformers SpA, Ritz Power Transformers GmbH,
Marnate Trasformatori, Officine Tironi, and soon, following the opening of a new productive
unit, “TMC Transformers Low Voltage”. This process delineates a precise group strategy, that
for this reason, considered necessary to proceed with the transfer of Tesar SpA to Dylog
Italia SpA.
