TMC Transformers Spa announces today the acquisition of Hammond Power Solutions SpA’s branch of business in Marnate, formerly owned by “Marnate Trasformatori”. With this acquisition TMC Transformers aims to consolidate its growing process inside the market of Dry type transformers confirming its strategy of becoming a worldwide player supported by technical expertise and production capabilities.
